Jure Blažič se Odvjetničkom uredu Gorjup pridružio već kao student 2009. godine. Godinu dana nakon toga diplomirao je na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Mariboru s diplomskim radom Prijevara na štetu Europske unije. 2012. godine položio je pravnički državni ispit, a od 2015. godine radi kao odvjetnik. Pravnih i stvarnih problema klijenata se uhvati individualnim pristupom, klijenta dobro sasluša i pokuša razumjeti njegov pogled na problem te cilj koji prati. Njegovo glavno područje rada je građansko pravo u širem smislu, a detaljnije se bavi svim vrstama postupaka zbog insolventnosti, uključujući postupke osobnih stečaja i pojednostavljene prisilne nagodbe.
