My path

In 1999, he defended his dissertation entitled The Legal Regulation of Takeovers of Joint Stock Companies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana. In 2001 he obtained a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law in Maribor and one year later he passed the state law exam. During his Master’s studies, he worked as a trainee lawyer at the High Court in Maribor and then as a law clerk at the District Court in Maribor. In 2004, by chance, his path led him to the Gorjup Law Firm, where he still enjoys his work, which makes him happy and successful.
