Pomembna novost za delodajalce vpisane v Poslovni register Slovenije

S 1. 9. 2022 bo za prijavo nezgod in poškodb pri delu na Inšpektorat za delo ter Zavod za zdravstveno zavarovanje Slovenije vzpostavljen elektronski postopek na portalu SPOT, papirnati obrazec ER-8 pa se za večino primerov ukinja.

Delodajalec, vpisan v Poslovni register Slovenije, bo v primeru nezgode in poškodbe pri delu prijavo lahko oddal le še prek portala SPOT:

delodajalec mora nezgodo in poškodbo prijaviti takoj oziroma v najkrajšem možnem času,
na portalu SPOT delodajalec izpolni podatke splošnega dela obrazca,
vpisani podatki bodo posredovani na IRSD in ZZZS,
če se oddana prijava nanaša na osebo, ki ima urejeno obvezno zdravstveno zavarovanje, bo prijava dostopna osebnemu zdravniku poškodovanca, da izpolni zdravstveni del prijave (poročilo zdravnika),
ZZZS bo podatke in podatke splošnega in zdravstvenega dela obrazca posredoval Nacionalnemu inštitutu za javno zdravje (NIJZ).

S tem bo uveden enoten elektronski postopek, ki bo v celoti digitaliziran in delodajalcem prinaša poenostavitev in razbremenitve.
