POLETNA PRAKSA V ODVETNIŠKI PISARNI GORJUP

Spoštovane študentke, spoštovani študenti Pravne fakultete Univerze v Mariboru!

Odvetnica Vesna Gorjup Zupančič v sodelovanju s Pravno fakulteto Univerze v Mariboru v študijskem letu 2023/2024 ponovno nudi študentom možnost dvotedenskega praktičnega usposabljanja v odvetniški pisarni, ki bo potekalo med 29. julijem in 9. avgustom 2024. Izbrani študenti bodo imeli možnost spoznati delo odvetnika. Tekom usposabljanja bodo spoznali, kako deluje portal e-sodstvo in zemljiška knjiga, seznanili se bodo z vlaganjem izvršb in samim postopkom izvršbe ter s pripravo enostavnejših vlog.

Pogoji za prijavo:

Na praktično usposabljanje se lahko prijavijo študentke in študenti:

Prve stopnje študijskega programa »Pravo« Pravne fakultete Univerze v Mariboru, ki imajo opravljene vse izpite drugega letnika in povprečno oceno študija 8,5 in več.
Druge stopnje študijskega programa »Pravo« Pravne fakultete Univerze v Mariboru, ki imajo opravljene vse izpite prvega letnika in povprečno oceno 8,5 in več.

Postopek izbire:

V primeru večjega števila prijav se izbira opravi na podlagi razgovora in opravljenega preizkusa.
